Peter Jermyn, Non-executive Chairman

Peter has over thirty years of involvement in the public company arena and brings to the Company an extensive knowledge of the legal, financial and corporate sectors. Peter has served on the Boards of many successful corporations listed on stock exchanges in Australia, Canada, the US and the UK. 

Until recently Peter was Chairman of listed online advertising, search engine and Internet services company Ansearch Limited (ANH) and has previously held directorships in numerous ASX listed entities. Peter is currently Chairman of Astro Diamond Mines NL.
Dean Jones, Non-executive Director

Dean Jones brings with him almost 15 years experience in the online media space from pioneering efforts in live broadcasting over the internet in the mid 90's through to being one of the co-founders and former CEO of  Ansearch Limited.

His knowledge and expertise cover global business development, online advertising and audience commercialization.He is very active in the online space both as the current CEO of '3D  web' pioneers, Exitreality and investor in several emerging technology companies, listed and privately held.

Dean has an unrivaled global network of individuals and companies focused in the online media space.

Simon Meadmore, Non-executive Director

Simon is the CEO of The Pancake Parlour Group of Companies based in Melbourne and has over 25 years experience in the restaurant business. Simon has an interest in over 10 million shares in the Company and is a joint underwriter of the Secured Convertible Note issued by the Company.

 Nicholas Stavropoulos, Non-executive Director

Nicholas is Managing Director of Global Travel Specialists Pty Ltd and Excite Digital Media Pty Ltd.  Excite Digital Media was recognised by BRW Magazine as “one of Australia’s fastest growing companies in 2009, and is today one of Australia’s largest independent Search Networks.  Driving traffic to the travel site (trading as Excite Holidays) was the catalyst for a new ‘world of search’ that evolved for Australian audiences and advertisers.  Online businesses that lead the way in their respective fields are testimony to Nicholas’ resourcefulness and positive attitude – turning business opportunities into highly monetized business solutions”.
 
Nicholas is a director and was a vendor shareholder in Project Search Pty Ltd and holds a relevant interest in 115 million Mooter Media shares, representing 9.9% of the issued capital, through his company NLS Pty Ltd.
